PMI Community: I'm in the midst of taking the Organizational Transformation Micro-Credential series. I've been having many quality and learner experience issues with the two courses I've taken already, with one left to go.
Categories of issues include the tool choice and navigation problems with errors showing xml code, missing materials, content issues, quiz issues, and general learning approach choices made. I was disappointed when completing the exam and being unable to learn from that experience by knowing what questions I answered wrong.
While generally speaking the course content is incredibly valuable, these significant delivery issues create a poor experience and hurt that value. My issues list is quite long and I'm looking for opportunities to connect directly with a producer of the courses who might be interested in collecting and fixing these issues.
I'm reaching out to the community here for two things: (1) to see if other learners have encountered issues with these courses and (2) suggestions for connecting with course producers directly to provide feedback. Saving Changes...
I haven't taken these specific courses, but would recommend contact PMI Customer care directly assuming that the courseware site you used did not have a feedback link.

Kiron, I agree with you and that's exactly what I've told Evan over LinkedIn for a best and first course of action.
Evan, I took all three courses but I didn't encounter the issues you mentioned. I encountered other issues during the pilot launch and I did provide feedback at the time and they were fixed as far as I am aware but I was able to provide feedback directly as it was during pilot phase. Thanks for the input all. I'm attempting to go through customer service, though my only viable option is online chat. There appears to be no email option.

Thank you Rami. I've been chatting with a customer service agent but their only response is "sorry for the inconvenience" and "can you elaborate your concern", multiple times. Dead end here. I'll try the email.

You're welcome, Evan. I went back to my old emails (more than a year ago) and found the contacts for couple of people I used to correspond with about the OT series whom I think are/were the product specialists. I will send you those contacts via LinkedIn message.

Fantastic! An ideal scenario would be to "meet" with someone and walk through the courses, demonstrating and pointing out the issues in real-time. I wish to help others avoid my frustrations and make these as good as they could possibly be.
