Organizational Transformation Micro-Credential Series quality issues

PMI Community: I'm in the midst of taking the Organizational Transformation Micro-Credential series. I've been having many quality and learner experience issues with the two courses I've taken already, with one left to go.

Categories of issues include the tool choice and navigation problems with errors showing xml code, missing materials, content issues, quiz issues, and general learning approach choices made. I was disappointed when completing the exam and being unable to learn from that experience by knowing what questions I answered wrong.

While generally speaking the course content is incredibly valuable, these significant delivery issues create a poor experience and hurt that value. My issues list is quite long and I'm looking for opportunities to connect directly with a producer of the courses who might be interested in collecting and fixing these issues.

I'm reaching out to the community here for two things: (1) to see if other learners have encountered issues with these courses and (2) suggestions for connecting with course producers directly to provide feedback.

Hello Evan.

I had a bad experience as well. I wrote nearly every word down during the course, and studied the material. I am PMP certified already, but failed this exam twice. I find it hard to believe that while studying the material, and taking the test twice that I still failed this exam. Once yes, but two times? No. I think there are bugs in the course, which I noticed between questions. Needless to say, I won't be taking the exam again and I whole heartedly don't recommend anyone to do so either.
