Release Management Template

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find a fully baked, mature software/hardware release management plan I can use as a template? The literature seems awfully sparse for something so basic, and I don't want to recreate the wheel from scratch. Any ideas?

Roger, it's shocking that after 2 years there has been no further comment to your question - as you say, it is something that (surely) must be a fundamental part of any software project.

Did you find anything in the templates section?

I just found this post and am too surprised that you did not receive a reply. I currently use a lot of MSF and MOF templates (Microsoft Solutions Framework for development and Microsoft Operations Framework for deployment and support). Both are available online, just google it.
