Software recommendation that expands on ThinkCell for Gantt charts

Hi,
I work in pharmaceutical research. I like ThinkCell to create high level Gantt charts. ThinkCell allows me to quickly visualize the various options (and then MS Teams etc can create a detailed shorter team Gantt).
What I would ideally like to have is a tool where I can move activities around on a timeline (like ThinkCell) but where underlying dependencies are used to automatically move related activities, and where costs are tracked so I have the option to create an overview of spend per month.
And cherry on top: I would like to have the ability to maximize "screen real estate" by moving unrelated activities onto the same line as opposed to always move down a line when you move to the right.
Is anyone aware of such software?
