As a PMI member, you can download the Construction Extension for the PMBOK Guide which does have a full chapter on how the procurement management is applied to that domain.

Check the CCDC website. Those are the contracts we use in Canada. On the other hand, FIDIC do have contracts as well that are used globally which will be more beneficial for you.
