How can one become a PMI authorized PMP training coach, similarly to the authorized training partner but instructor niche?

I am not sure I fully understand your question but when you become an ATP, you are technically an authorised training coach.

You can't be a solo instructor for teaching PMI's PMP course without joining an ATP. You can either form a company and join the ATP program and then be the sole instructor within that company OR join an existing ATP. You will need to do the short "adult learning" on-demand course which PMI requires for ATP instructors.
