Where can I find a BC template?

I'm looking for a BC template. My team works on corporate strategic programs and there are several projects and programs that are coming. My team wants to ensure that the details are thought through prior to getting PM involved. Anyone have a template or format they love for a Program/Project kickoff or BC?

Business cases are very specific to industries and individual organizations but if you are looking for examples, I'd suggest checking the Templates section of this community.

You should make sure that your governance decision makers (e.g. Finance) are on board with whatever template you choose to use.

'The PMI Guide to Business Analysis' includes a Chapter on Business Cases.
