If you have a PMI local chapter, then check with them as they might have mentorship programs and your mentor might help you manage your first project.

I really appreciate your return.
Unfortunatly we have no mentors in my chapter yet. Actually agility is new and our organisations are not malware of such agility méthode like scrum. So what I need is someone with a great experience in scrum Who had already practice this method
