Best Project Management Software for services

I am searching for a project management software for service based project tracking. Microsoft Project does not efficiently address needs to track task ownership and project progress, nor provide presentation worthy summaries. Any suggestions?

Did you check Primavera or Procor? We use both on our Real Estate development and construction projects.
