This is my first time deploying MS Project server, and I am looking to see if someone has the bones of the implementation laid out as a starting point.

Would prefer Server 2010 if someone has it, but anything is better than nothing. Google searches have been fruitless to date.

Thanks all!

I'm pretty sure Microsoft have it as one of their templates, either search for it under templates, particularly as you'll need Professional at least to work as the Front end. Or down-load from MS site.

As each Project Server implementation is different based upon specific requirements, I'd recommend you first map your vision and requirements, and then use that to determine an appropriate project schedule. Especially with the 2010 version, there's so much that can be deployed around process management and automation, reporting, workflow, etc you really need to first determine the 'why' and then the 'how' will follow.

Also consider you'll need to include many non-technical components to the schedule and your overall approach, including change management,, operations and support (IT and process), internal marketing, etc.

Happy to provide guidance on a suitable 'sample' schedule once more info is provided.
