How can I open a new chapter?

Mario Leston CMG| MDN Sobreda, Setubal, Portugal

I live in Timor-Leste and there is no chapter here but, I think, it will be usefull regarding several issues like their independency since 2002.

Mario, in the past, I found it valuable to
- have another chapter coaching you
- have a core group of 5-7 people working on it (it is much work)
- start creating a community of potential members
- consider members from existing chapters to help you start, as supporters, as members, as champions
