Hi everyone - Beginning 28 March PDU processing has been delayed due to the influx of PDUs from the live PMXPO event on 23 March. We understand that typically PDUs are processed within 48-72 hours, however, we're still within the 7-10 business day processing window.
We ask, unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not manually submit your PDUs, as this will only cause further delays within the PDU queue.
Our apologies for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience! Saving Changes...

Thomas, I don’t think PMI will revoke your PMP credential for 7 PDUs that you are trying to report but you couldn’t due to system issues on their end. Worst case scenario, if you still were not able to report them a day before the certificate expire then call PMI or chat with them on the chat feature and they will help you out. They are very helpful.
I know much more complicated cases than yours where PMI did help individuals so I personally don’t think you need to worry about your credential being revoked given you already have 53 approved PDUs and 7 balance which you already reported but not showing.
Yeah, I have already chatted with them over email and through the chat function on my Dashboard. However, at the risk of sounding mean, their customer service sounds fairly inept and aloof about the problem. (I must be getting completely different support staff than you're talking about, because "helpful" is NOT the way I would describe them.) They certainly didn't tell me about this problem that Heather proclaimed at the beginning of this thread. As I said earlier, they tried to pass the problem off on my end with MY computer. Which makes me believe they simply out of the loop. This is what my real fear is about. When it comes time to renew and I still haven't been able to get this PDUs to record, will they actually help? Or will the lack of competency continue? Thus far, they haven't given me much to believe in.

Thomas, maybe that was an agent specific incident but in general PMI are very helpful. I have a colleague of mine who, very recently, by mistake forgot that his PMP will expire and he didn't claim any single PDU so PMI did suspend this credential. He chatted with them, they guided him what to do, sent him a form to claim his PDUs then upon submission, they renewed his credential. PMI are here to help, and I don't think they do have any intention to revoke credentials unless someone violates the regulations and code of ethics, then that's a different story.
I also would liek to highlight that if you don't satisfy the PDUs for renewal for a certain credential, PMI will not revoke your credential. Your credential will be suspended for a year until you satisfy the requirements. If after this year, you didn't satisfy the requirements, then you credential will expire. This is mentioned in the CCR Handbook page 15. Check it out:
Long story short, you have nothing to worry about in my opinion if you have all your PDUs already and its only a matter of reporting.
Hope this helps!

I agree with Rami however I would document what sessions you attended and the dates (via the Expo PDU tracker) and have that handy just in case. Heather's post should help as well. Best of luck however I think your cert is safe.....As long as the check cleared! ;) Saving Changes...

Tom... Have you checked your claim history to see if they are posted? Perhaps you are just not seeing the emails. My PDUs from Expo have been coming in at a rate of 1-2 per day for past few days.

Oh yes! That's the first place I look.
Half the time, when I would report a PDU, it takes till the next day for it to be "approved". Which is fine. But it always shows up on the claim report as at least "reported" immediately. This is not happening now. Nothing it showing up. It's not showing up as even being reported. Nothing is being shown in my reported/approved claims after Tuesday of last week.
This is getting incredibly frustrating.

Hi Thomas - I reached out to my contact in Customer Care and they will be giving you a call shortly, as I don't think the issue you're experiencing is related to the PDU processing delay.

Thank you very much, Heather. I appreciate that. I'm getting a little nervous about this since my cycle renews next week.

Tom Did you get your PDU's straightened out? As of this morning, all of mine cleared and I am up to date. Looks like they are caught up.

Michael, I've had to have customer support submit them for me here after I talked to them on the phone. They all got submitted and approved except for one so far. I have a webinar that I watched last week showing as still processing (and has been for several days now). I have 8 days left in my cycle here, so I will keep watching it closely here and may have to figure something else out if it won't come through in time.
Thanks for checking in, though. I really appreciate that.
