I need help with links from Project to Excel.

kurt bryant Senior Configuration Management (CM) Analyst| Lockheed Martin Colorado Springs, Co, United States

I have successfully linked milestones from 6 MS Project files into a "summary" Excel spreadsheet. But whenever I try to reopen the Excel file, all my links say #REF and will not refresh. Excel and project are both 2007.
Any suggestions?

That may be because you are not opening both the file simultaneously. Keep both the files open at the same time.
