Hello everyone!

I've been thrust into an active project which is already in the execution phase with construction about to start. There were no project Management activities done, and the stakeholders are not actively interested in following the PM approach for the project either. I am meeting the stakeholders one by one to try and assess their requirements and try to gain details regarding the scope and schedule.
In the meantime, I'm required to submit a draft WBS for the project just based on the available details and approved drawings. I'd like to request the esteemed peers on this forum to provide your valuable inputs on the WBS and where I can improve or change. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
