Evan SilbermanExecutive Director | City University of New York Brooklyn, Ny, United States
Our university system is preparing to transition to a new learning management system, a two-year project that will move 25 colleges from BB to D2L Brightspace. We will move colleges in four sequential cohorts. A central business unit will lead the project. However, we will partner with colleges to support and enable their adoption of the new LMS; A current focus of our planning is organizational change management (OCM).
To that end, I am interested in finding a starting point for our OCM preparedness-resources such as the following (can be for any large-scale change initiative, but LMS related is preferred).
-OCM strategies
-Communication plans
-Impact analysis/assessments for change readiness
-Stakeholder engagement plans
-Training and adoption plans/support plans
-Risk management plans around change
-Anything else that you used and was important for OCM Saving Changes...
