Business Analyst Flow

Has anyone drawn up a drafted flow of business analysis similar to the itto in the BABOK but for the actual processes taken for a BA. We support right from the beginning working with the sponsor to draft the business case and then completing a charter for a PM to be onboarded all the way through and want a way to show that easily but if anyone has one we can use and edit all for the better?!

That flow does vary due to organization standards and also will vary by project context. I'd also suggest that the flow is iterative similar to the processes in project management so there will be lots of loop backs.
