I am an IT project manager with a large non-profit organization (7,000 employees) - I am heading up an HRMS implementation (full life cycle) and would love to get some feedback going with someone who has implemented a system in a non-profit environment. This HRMS implementation is the first major deliverable in a multi-year project that will also include a financial systems implementation and data warehouse.
I have begun to workup a needs assessment outline, project kickoff checklist, and project plan checklist at this point (second day on the job).
