PDU processing delays - 09 May 2023 - RESOLVED

Hi everyone - Beginning 03 May 2023 PDU processing has been delayed. We understand that typically PDUs are processed within 48-72 hours, however, we're still within the 7-10 business day processing window.

We ask, unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not manually submit your PDUs, as this will only cause further delays within the PDU queue.

Our apologies for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

ETA: 16 May - Batching is going slower than expected, but we hope to have the queue caught up by Friday, 19 May.

Huge thank you for sharing this note. I earned my PMP three weeks ago and I started working earning my PDUs and became nervous when my PDUs did not reflect within the given time. One assistant on WhatsApp was unpleasant in their response to my feedback that my user experience was contrary to what the processing expectations state.

So happy I found this notification.

My renewal is in 8 days and yes I have waited until the last minute to get several PDUs completed and submitted. Will this be taken into account?

Hi Galanda - You have a 1 year grace period after your certification expires in order to fulfill the requirements to renew, but we expect to have the PDUs caught up by Friday.
