Hello! I am looking to obtain the PMI-BPA cert. What training is available to meet the 35 education hours requirement? Looking for something low cost as I can not afford the $2000 classes some are offering. Is Udemy acceptable? Thank you!

Derek, Udemy does have good courses many of them are acceptable as you will get an official certificate from the course instructor but you need to do your due dilligence and know which course is worth it and it would be preferrable if the instructor is an ATP, makes things much easier if auditied.

I know Joseph Philips has courses there for PMP and ACP, not sure about PBA.

I highly recommend the "PMI-PBA Boot Camp Course," i.e., Self-Paced PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)® Boot Camp - 35 Contact Hours/PDUs.
Provider: Knowledge Adapters (Cheryl Lee)

Offered in partnership with PMI Canada's Technology Triangle, and others
(the price is affordable)

There are some pretty good training places, you can refer to some courses here https://www.pmtrainingschool.com/pba-certification-training/
