Has any one had the experience of bringing together ITIL 3.0 Change & Release Management Processes with Systems Delivery Lifecycles from a governace perspective? I think there can be challenges sorting out Change Advisory Boards (CAB) with Project Selection and Prioritization Governace Boards. Are they different? The same? Comments?
