My recomendation is reading and understanding the certification handbook and going to PMI´s customer care just in case you have doubts. On the other side, take care because you can been aleatory selected to be part of an audit process then be sure that you can reach people that you put as reference into your application

If you have failed PMP exam, I recommend Rita Mulcahy's certification prep, it's a good option to acquire PM Knowledge at your own pace, and is updated to the latest exam. Visit this link:

When you say it is "failing" do you mean your application has been audited and you weren't successful in satisfying the auditor's requirements?
Can you provide specifics of what they weren't happy about?

An auditor will usually provide details about what aspects of the application didn't meet the requirements. Was it with regards to the educational prerequisites or one or more of the projects you had submitted?
You should review the auditor's comment and see what are your drawbacks. Saving Changes...
