CostXpert is a pretty cool software development estimating tool (see www.costxpert.com to download a free trial). The thing allows you to manipulate tons of factors about your project and then it gives you a bunch of output. Here's where the value is - it'll give you some "benchmark" estimates for all kinds of stuff. I can't recall if testing estimates are segregated out and, if so, the types of testing are segregated, but it's a start if you're looking for web sites. Saving Changes...
