Could you please share tools (software, techniques, etc.) that owner's project manager (not contractor's project manager) use on a daily basis to control the construction process?

We work as Owner’s Rep. (Project Manager) and we use simple Excel based templates and share all files via Dropbox folders shared with the client and contractor.
On the other hand, the contractor has their own system which we receive reports from. Saving Changes...
