Who Can I Speak to NOT in Customer Care?

Hi Everyone,

Is there a PMI staff member who is not part of the customer care team available to members? I have a time sensitive concern and need help. I've contacted customer care, but find they're unable to address my issue in an adequate manner. The communication was canned and scripted and they lacked proper understanding of what was actually going on. I was forced down a road that was inappropriate and not aligned to the situation with little more than a 'check the box' mentality. I am at a loss for what to do next. If anyone can suggest a PMI staff member NOT in customer care that I can connect with, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Rebecca, did you try to chat with them instead of emailing them?

Normally the customer care is the first step then they direct you to the right department but maybe one of the community engagement specialists here might be able to help you with a contact.

Hi Rami -
Thank you for taking the time to reply. I did speak with a couple of the customer care team people by phone. There wasn't much difference between methods (email vs phone). You speak to a different individuals each time so, unfortunately, it's not terribly helpful.

if you consider your request important for others too, you can always contact the CEO or any Board member. You should receive an initial reply within one day.

Otherwise, I believe Kimberly will do a great job getting an answer to you.
