I scheduled for the CAPM in December but was approved for the PMP. If I wanted to change, is there a way to switch exams and pay the difference or cancel one and pay for the other? If I cancel the CAPM will I get a refund?

As far as I am aware, if you cancel the exam booking before a certain period passes by, you will get full refund. Not sure about switching because those are two different products.

In all cases, like Kiron, I would recommend contacting PMI Customer Support and they will sort it out for you.
