Hello everyone! Does anyone know of a good course on Process Management? Please, if you have any suggestions, let me know. It would be great if it offers PDU (Professional Development Units). Could anyone tell something, please Saving Changes...
Hello Viktor, A year ago, I took a course focusing on business process management (BPMN 2.0; on-demand training) by BPMInstitute.org; Here is the link to the institute's website: https://www.bpminstitute.org/
The course provided an insight into: a) Process Modeling, Analysis, and Design: As Is, To Be b) Key Principles of Business Process Modeling, including modeling exercises c) Process Measurement and Metrics d) Establishing Business Process Governance, etc.
Going through the course was a good learning experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about process taxonomies, process maturity, and pitfalls of business process modeling, for instance. But, unfortunately, a participant doesn't earn PDUs. Saving Changes...

green belt = Process improvement project lead. Usually someone who has a "day job" but has the training to lead a green belt level project, as needed.
black belt = expert level. Guiding / Sponsoring Green belt projects. Process mngt / Continuous Improvement would be their full-time job. Saving Changes...
