We use different tools depending on the purpose of the meeting or intent of collaboration:
1) Microsoft Team for light meetings 2) Blue Beam (When there are construction drawings and revisions involved) 3) Miro for collaborative meetings or workshops
There are different collaboration tools you can use in addition to what Rami suggested, such as:
1) Zoom - for virtual events and meetings
2) Also Google Drive - it allows you to create and share files such as reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
