Practical Project management

Seeking a course that teaches practical Project Management. The tools and how to use them, how to plan, commercial and reporting aspects. I have managed projects for decades but I have weaknesses I wish to improve. Having lost all my data due to the hard drive collapse and now needing to acquire software and templates I realise I actually don't put into practice everything learnt or been taught. I adapt to the organisation and environment using their software, templates and requirements and feel I should be more creative, and active should I wish to go freelance. Any feedback on affordable courses or software would be welcome.

Richard -

The company I teach for does have a practical fundamentals of PM series which is offered virtually every couple of months. Take a look at the website and see if it might be a fit: wcpconsulting.com

I agree with Thomas. Get started with PMI Kick-off which are about 45mins for Agile and 45mins for Waterfall and you can earn a badge at completion.

I would also suggest looking into https://www.goskills.com/Course/Project-Management-Basics . There are other courses on their site that might also help and you can receive PDUs.

Good Luck!
