If the PMP is 50% agile content, why would someone need the PMI-ACP?

Graduate students ask me why I have both certifications, PMP and PMI-ACP. I explain in 2011, the PMI-ACP was the only certification with agile content, for PMI.

They ask now that the PMP is 50% agile or hybrid, why should they consider pursuing the PMI-ACP and paying for both certifications.

Depends on your career aspirations, what employers you are targeting are looking for, and your own experience and other prerequisites.
