Strategic partner uses Monday.com as a ticketing and workflow tool. We (IT service provider) use Jira and Notion. Monday integrates with Jira but as I understand it full access must be granted and we wish to grant access only to this one partners project not our other projects. What recommendations are there fro cross organisation ticket management

Your partner should be able to reach out to their Monday.com Success manager for integration instructions. You can select what information and/or projects you want to share via the integration workflow. You don’t have to share all your information and projects.
