Given that PMI has retired the OPM3 certification and assessment program a few years back, I'm guessing your best bet might be to network with other practitioners in your local PMI chapter and see if anyone was an OPM3 consultant who might be able to share one of those templates. However, as those would likely be PMI's intellectual property, it might be tricky to get one if they are still protected in that manner.

Hi everyone,

I have a query.
We have a team of 20 Project Managers. So, when we calculate the overall PMO Maturity,

a) should we consider the average scores of all the 20 PMs across the 501 best practices and then take an overall average of all the scores
or
b) the highest scores for each best practice and then take an average of all the scores?

I am asking this question considering the OPM3 Assessment Sheet.
