Since the last week , I tried many times to report PDUs but the website shows nothing more a blank page and no record for submitted PDUs appears when refreshing the page.
Does anyone had the same issue ? Saving Changes...
I'm having no issue seeing the full input form when I access the Report PDUs - Course or Training link. Have you tried with a different browser or incognito browser session?

I have no issues as well on my end either. I would suggest trying what Kiron recommended or try clearing your Cookies from your current browser and try again.
I've had similar issues three days in a row. I tried Safari, Chrome, incognito windows, clearing cache and cookies. I get the spinning wheel until until the whole thing times out. I wanted to claim hours for a book, an online course, and a mentorship I've been doing for the past two months. I haven't been able to claim any. Saving Changes...
