PDU not updating after completed webinar

My PDU stopped updating even I completed several on demand webinars since 26 July, 2023. Anyone has any idea what's going on?

It takes time. Sometimes about 3 weeks.

Are you watching the webinar through this platform? If yes, go to your Account under your profile picture (Top Right corner), then go to PDUs Awarded and you can find the status of any PDUs you have there.

Thanks for replying. However I don’t see any PDUs are pending after 26 July. It usually would be updated 1 day after, but this time, not the case. Nowhere to check, nowhere to ask.

Hi there! PDU reporting is not instantaneous at this time. Typically PDUs are batch reported within 48-72 hours, however, we ask that you please allow 7-10 business days for processing, as delays do occasionally occur.

With that being said, we are currently experiencing a delay in processing, which should be resolved within 7-10 business days. If you do not see your PDUs at that time, please reach out to Customer Care - https://www.pmi.org/about/contact

I am having the same issue. PDU's from Webinars have not updated in a few weeks. I'm going to hold off watching any further Webinars until the issue is resolved. Hopefully soon.
