There are a number of commercially available, cloud-based requirements management solutions. Blueprint is just one of those. You could also look at a more general work management platform such as Atlassian's Jira combined with Confluence.

There are several DOORS alternatives, many of which are cloud based. The big question is what functionality you require.

Programs like Miro, Jiro, and Asana are cloud based but requirements management is part of a more comprehensive PM application. They have advantages such as being easier to use, and more nimble when making changes which is useful on agile projects where requirements changes are frequent.

The trade off to ease of use is they lack the very robust configuration management which is critical in many large complex projects/products, especially in highly regulated domains. If you need to manage requirements for the lifecycle of programs which may last decades, they may lack the necessary capabilities.

Just to add something to great comments above you can find lot of tools, including it free of charge tools, from requirements management from elicitation to verification/validation. Most of them includes the possibility to model them by using modeling methods like UML or things like the possibility to create automated test from things like user stories.
