Hi everyone - Beginning 27 July 2023 PDU processing has been delayed. We understand that typically PDUs are processed within 48-72 hours, however, we're still within the 7-10 business day processing window.
We ask, unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not manually submit your PDUs, as this will only cause further delays within the PDU queue.
Our apologies for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience!
UPDATE: 8 August - The issue has been identified and PDUs should start processing tomorrow, Wednesday, 9 August. We have thousands of PDUs currently in queue, please allow time for the PDUs to process. We again apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience!

Good morning! Does this issue apply also to PDUs obtained via the Virtual Experience Series? I have multiple PDUs still missing from webinars I took between July 27 and July 31 from the Virtual Experience Series that took place in March and June. Thanks.

Hi Mauricio - If the PDUs were earned after 27 July, then yes, this issue would have affected the VES PDUs that were submitted. You will need to reach out to the events team regarding any missing PDUs. [email protected]

Once our PMP Certification expires, will there be a grace period to allow all of the PDUs to be updated? I just received an email indicating my PMP Certification will expire, there are two 2 PDUs that have not been processed. I also believe there are 2 PDUs that were not processed in March, or late February 2023 as well. Thank you.

Thank you Heather for responding. My PDUs just went through this afternoon. All of my PDUs are now up-to-date and I was able to renew by PMP Credentials.

Hi Andrew - Yes, in the next day or two you should see "Processing" next to the sessions recorded in your account. It may take a few more days after that for them to be recorded in CCRS. There are hundreds of thousands of PDUs in queue currently, so it will take a bit of time to knock down the backlog. Thanks for your patience!
What if we don't see any processing? I think I have 3.5 PDUs that should be recorded. Thanks for keeping us updated on this issue.
