PDU processing delays - 27 July 2023 - RESOLVED

Hi everyone - Beginning 27 July 2023 PDU processing has been delayed. We understand that typically PDUs are processed within 48-72 hours, however, we're still within the 7-10 business day processing window.

We ask, unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not manually submit your PDUs, as this will only cause further delays within the PDU queue.

Our apologies for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience!

UPDATE:
8 August - The issue has been identified and PDUs should start processing tomorrow, Wednesday, 9 August. We have thousands of PDUs currently in queue, please allow time for the PDUs to process. We again apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience!

15 August - The backlog has been cleared!

I have completed 35 PDU hours by going through the webinar in Project Management.com but none of them are reflecting in PMI as it still shows 0 out of 35 hrs when looking to complete PMP application. Please help asap.

Hi Balakrishnan - PDUs on ProjectManagement.com cannot be used towards a certification application. They can only be used for your certification renewal requirements once you have earned your certification. Please reach out to Customer Care if you have any questions regarding your application. https://www.pmi.org/about/contact

Our PDU batch queue is currently backlogged due to an issue with the servers. Your PDU should be recorded within the next 24-48 hours.
