I have been putting my PMP exam off for the past 3 years (mainly due to exam anxiety) and would like to bring this challenge to a close, any advice or tips from the community on this?

Here comes:
1-the day before the exam and the day of the exam do nothing related to the exam except to take the exam.
2-make tons of questions. 3-4 the amount of exam questions. when you get 80% of more of correct questions systematically then you are ready.
3-remember questions are situational.
4-when in the exam, do not spend time trying to solve a question. mark it for revision and go to the next.
5-when you finish, before submit the exam, do not review what you answer except for mark for review questions.

Cedric, The most important is to practice as much simulation exams as you can and try understand the rationale behind the answers even if you get the questions right.

Don’t be overwhelmed with the exam. If you have deep understanding of all concepts, you should be fine. Good Luck!

Take the time to read a question thoroughly before you answer it. Sometimes you might see something in the first sentence which makes you think you know the answer but later in the body of the question there might be something critical which would make you change your answer.
