I am able to login to my account, but under my profile, i could not see any details such as my name, my registered courses, etc.,

I just checked my account and I don't have any issues so far. I know PMI are working on enhancing their platform so this is why some members are having issues. I recommend giving it 48 hours and if the issue is not resolved, then you can approach customer care via Live Chat and request assistance. Saving Changes...
It seems there was a technical issue that has been already solved.
If I were you, I'd reach out to PMI support in a first place. They might be quite helpful and it is important to raise a flag with an issue. Saving Changes...
