There are likely a few examples in the Templates section of this community, but I'd suggest rather than using someone else's template, start by defining the objectives you wish to achieve for the kickoff, prioritize the topics you'd want to cover and construct something specific for your needs. While there might be some general similarities in kickoff meeting agendas, context counts!
