are there any relevant learning materials/practice labs for PMO in a digitization project? Please help to share editable materials or even coaching would help. Saving Changes...
You might need to provide some more context to get useful responses. Normally, a PMO is not setup for a single project (but might be for a large program). And PMOs range widely in terms of mandate and capabilities so templates or learning materials will need to fit the purpose for the PMO.
Subhankar, If I understand correctly, you would like to discuss Digital Project Management in more detail, then in this informative webinar titled "The Complete Step-by-Step Guide for Digital Project Management," you will find a comprehensive checklist (an author called it the Digital Rollout Process) consisting of 30 steps covering all project management elements, from start to finish. To give you an idea, 1. Gap Analysis, 2. Workshop, 3. Stakeholder List,....10. Technical Solution Strategy, 11. Wireframes and Specs,...29. Cutover Management (Day of Cutover), 30. Transition to Operations.
In parallel, you can virtually glimpse the project documents and artifacts.
I agree that more context is needed. When I read digitization I immediately think of converting older engineering data into more modern formats such as hand drawings to CAD, scanning pictures, and converting text. Digital transformation however can include a much broader scope.

Thank you Maria , this was indeed insightful. Was curious to know if you would have certain links to access the comprehensive checklist and artifacts? Saving Changes...
