Navneet,

would see this as an opportunity, if we do it right.
The existing practices, including agile, have not led to a significant improvement of project success, as several statistics show.

First, there are NO PM best practices. There are practices which fit certain contexts well and others not so well.

As such, tailoring our approach is a critical success factor and in the future an AI tool might have the ability to codify much of the existing knowledge about which practice, tool, life cycle or technique is applicable in a given context and could guide or advise PMs accordingly.
