What project functions does ChatGPT help you with and what are some examples of effective prompts you use?

It helps me draft comms to broader audiences by transforming some of the tech staff to a language that's more suitable to them in a couple of minutes.. but it requires review always.

I downloaded "TalkBerry - Talk To ChatGPT" for Chrome and it saves me a lot of time.
Now I talk with ChatGPT instead of writing to it.

@Alexandre and @Veronica Could you maybe share an example or two of a prompt you use in developing your drafts/documents with Chat GPT?

What I usually do is to write a small paragraph with the core of the subject I am working on and then have ChatGPT expand it and change the language to a more friendly language.

I would like to load my project data into ChatGPT and then run prompts against it...but not yet! I can't yet secure my company's data using open.ai so I don't use it that way now. I do use it for general project management templates, ideas, coaching for myself... and it is very powerful!

I would be careful of course.

This could be an interesting article for you

It references doctors using ChatGPT and violating HIPAA.

Hi, what exactly in healthcare do you want to use ChatGPT for? That would be important to know.

ChatGPT, combined with google meet transcripts and Grammarly have increased my writing productivity by at least 50%. I get a transcription of the kick-off meeting for new projects and use chatgpt to summarize and outline the meeting. I also ask it to create a project charter. It's by no means perfect, but a good start. I also paste project charters in it along with other company information, like business goals, etc, to create project announcements, create impact analysis, etc. I also use transcripts and chatgpt analysis of transcripts for follow-up meetings which help ensure I don't miss anything.

I use chatGPT to request a list of ideas, risks and even tasks, just as a checklist to validate that I haven't forgotten anything. Like asking someone to check my list.

ChatGPT - Just an amazing tool. If the same question is asked again, its response improves.

I use it to get a requirement compatibility analysis. The input is the description of all requirements, indicating the value of the deliverable and the context (usually about the scope). The output is a balanced analysis of pros and cons, depending on the details and re-elaboration of the prompts. It works awesome. In a similar way with risk alignment and scope modeling strategies.
