check out PMotto.ai by Ricardo Vargas and Antonio Nieto Rodrigues. They are integrating ChatGPT in their work in addition to project management resources as datasets. It will be an exciting application of "artificial intelligence" in project management.

Hi David, I would recommend this format for the prompt:
Using the text quoted below, please generate a table using [first_concept] along the rows, and [second_concept] along the columns, filling the cells with the corresponding concepts
Source text:
"""
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
"""
********
Further complexities might need sequential prompts or some other strategies
Regards

I use it to get chart ideas but usually end up drafting my own in better software.
Thanks Rudy. Just out of curiousity, which software do you use to make charts? There are so many of them out there.

Chartify was the better ones, but for some reason it's suspended at the moment. I just use some plug ins in openAI (I am a Pro user). Lucid has a plug in that is good especially if you have a lucid account.
Your task is to develop project management plan based on the PMBOK sixth edition guide
This project will standardize office support roles and potentially create an administrative assistant position to support operations division director. Project activities include confirming and standardizing the function of office support personnel across operation divisions, assessing the need to create an administrative assistant position to support operations directors, drafting an administrative assistant position description, reassigning staff, and training affected staff on roles and responsibilities.
You will follow the following steps:
Step 1: Create a project management plan that covers each project management process group 2: proposed timeline the identified risks must be correlated with the project. Step 3: identify project milestones with dates. Step 4. Identify project risk. Create this in excel sheet format
Yes, the prompt works fine. Though, with a little bit of finetuning it works fine for me. Thank you. Saving Changes...

Using Chat GPT to access sensitive information on projects from an organizational server may be sometimes treated as a security breach. However, any organization can build its own ChatGPT or Google Bard based on customized needs. LLM (Large Language Model) is trained on datasets of text or code. An organization LLM would need to have access to a large dataset of text and code, as well as the expertise to train and deploy LLM.

Varun, you make an important point about protecting sensitive information. Are you aware of any organizations that have built (or plan to build) their own customized version of an LLM?

I think somebody should come up with a way to breed a very large shrimp. That way, you could ride him, then, after you camped at night, you could eat him. How about it, science?
