Using Chat GPT to access sensitive information on projects from an organizational server may be sometimes treated as a security breach. However, any organization can build its own ChatGPT or Google Bard based on customized needs. LLM (Large Language Model) is trained on datasets of text or code. An organization LLM would need to have access to a large dataset of text and code, as well as the expertise to train and deploy LLM.
Varun, you make an important point about protecting sensitive information. Are you aware of any organizations that have built (or plan to build) their own customized version of an LLM?

There are multiple options. ChatGPT has an enterprise version, or if you have the Plus, you can fill out a form to have them not train their LLM with your content (It depends on your trust issues here.)
In Azure, you can spin up OpenAI and have your own versions of ChatGPT. You will need to fill out a Microsoft form to be approved for the OpenAI Service. 3.5, GPT4 and Dall-E.

I used chatGPT a lot in my PM, for example:
1. Review my daily meetings and give feedback.
2. Draft my document like the project charter, customize, and finalize it.
3. Ask for knowledge about many fields of project management.
4. Ask for feedback on my work
etc.
Generally, it helps me a lot!

May I ask how it reviews your daily meetings?
Also, examples of "feedback on my work"
Examples of your four bullet points, please.

I personally do not use ChatGBT on any of my projects in Construction.
I'm with you Rami. I have a privacy concern and some of my projects are confidential... I will never add my meeting notes there or ask ChatGPT for a mitigation plan due to a risk. Saving Changes...

check out PMotto.ai by Ricardo Vargas and Antonio Nieto Rodrigues. They are integrating ChatGPT in their work in addition to project management resources as datasets. It will be an exciting application of "artificial intelligence" in project management.
@Enrico, thank you for providing this PMO URL.
Super excited to join the PMOtto.ai waitlist once it becomes available again. If you hear the list is available again will you let us know? Saving Changes...

For mitigating different pain points found in the projects by giving 3rd party opinion, coaching and plans. For this purpose I apply prompt engineering using different prompt patterns. Based on my findings e.g. GPT-4 seems to provide quite reliable information related to project management practises and theory. Saving Changes...
