- Have you faced difficulties in integrating ChatGPT or other AI tools with your existing project management systems?
- What were the training requirements for your team, and how did you address them?
- Did you encounter any ethical or security concerns, such as data privacy or algorithmic bias?
- How have cost factors and resource allocation affected your decision to implement these tools?

I have not tried to integrate it to anything.
I only used it to explore the possibilities.

What possibilities have you explored so far? and which ones do you find more useful?

I find it an interesting situation; as a project management tool, AI is not quite ready for prime time - we are the beta testers - but if you wait until it's perfect you'll be behind the curve. That may not matter, depending upon where you work and the type of work you do.

Another way to look at AI is that it's potential is being released incrementally. I'd say iteratively, but I'm not sure there's a 2-4 week cadence.

I'm not integrating AI into any of my systems - security concerns. The second tip when you launch ChatGPT is "Don't share sensitive info." We use ClickUp, but we're not paying for the AI license. We might consider it if it could be licensed individually, as needed, but don't feel the need to pay for AI for everyone in ClickUp when many of them won't need it.

I don't have a use for AI to parse my meeting notes (we don't do recorded transcripts), but I've found it can speed up discovery on some projects. I asked for user stories, use cases, and risks for a project that's already under way and it came back with most of what we'd spent hours on, and a couple things that were missed.

I've read a little about using AI for QA, but need to learn more before considering taking action. I think the biggest challenge is getting past the hype and figuring out what it can actually do and how that will benefit your situation.
