Have got the Prince2Agile Practitioner scheduled. What would you advise in terms if getting that first post. I don't fancy a pay decline in terms of going for a Junior role and my workplace (so far it seems) do not do much in sideways moves. I am an IT Consultant so do get project exposure, I just want to be hands off long term now. Thank you

If you can't find or create a PM role in your current company, then finding one outside your company might be your only option. However, without actual experience (not just a course or certification), you'd likely need to start at a project analyst or junior PM level to gain that experience.

I totally agree with Kiron's point of view. I don't know your professional background or expertise but without adequate project experise, you might not find the post you're looking for so you might end up starting as an Associate PM, or Project Coordinator.
