Similar to the PMP and other PMI credentials, there is no time limit on how long ago the education requirements were met. The main thing is to ensure that sufficient hours from the training are related to project risk management and that you have evidence of completion as well as supporting information for the course (e.g. duration, start/end dates, curriculum).
