Hello everyone.
What is the difference between general specialists, cross-functional teams, and T-shaped skills for agile teams?

I assume you meant Generalizing Specialists? If so, then I'd say that Generalizing Specialists possess T-shaped skills and would be preferable for staffing cross-functional teams where multiple team members collaborate closely on completing work items.
