Why can't I report my PDUs?

It seems the site is broken. I've tried multiple times, but cannot adjust the amount of PDUs because there are no active, clickable buttons in that data field. Can anyone help?

Good question – yes, I started with Safari then tried Chrome. Same issue.

I checked in Chrome and Firefox and while I didn't go through every PDU option, they all had an option to adjust the amount for each cert I hold, so you might have a software issue. If you see a blue box in the lower RH corner of the screen stating "Need Help with your PDU?" that opens a chat window for support. I would shut everything down and reboot, see if the problem persists and then either use the chat box or call customer care. I have had software issues before that required IT to open a ticket.

Shannon, the site works fines for me. Which credential are you trying to claim PDUs for and what exactly are you trying to do. If you explain further, I might be able to help better.

I have not experience this issue.

Hi Shannon. I suspect the issue is that you need an active or suspended PMI certification to report PDUs, else even though you can access the page, the "clickable buttons in that data field" you mention stay frozen.
