Hi Everyone;
When it comes to Stakeholder analysis are you just using RACI chart, or you use different templates? Is stakeholder analysis approach can be customizable according to the project requirements? Saving Changes...
I advocate for customizing any template based approach. For example, a RACI matrix doesn't differentiate those most involved from those occasionally involved and something like a power-influence grid might help identify major focus areas. You can map people by knowledge areas. Stakeholders may be allies, neutral, or adversarial which may help steer approaches to engagement (or avoidance).
As with many tools, start with your objective before selecting the tool rather than following a methodology that may or may not address your actual needs. Saving Changes...
My recommendation is to customize a template to adapt it to your stakeholders and project requirements. Do not reinvent the wheel, however create documentation that is useful for the team. Saving Changes...

I use different templates. RACI is not normally used for S/H Analysis - It is more for establishing roles and responsibilities and doesn't cover all Stakeholders.
My advise is that you use Stakeholder Register and Stakeholer Matrix.
I think you may need to customize yours based on circumstances. Saving Changes...
